The Delta GEMS program, an initiative of the Saginaw Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, aims to nurture the brilliance of young African American women in grades 9 through 12. Through workshops, outreach activities, and mentorship, the program provides a framework for personal development in leadership, self-awareness, community service, and college and career preparation.
